Sonya Arthur
MediaCom Director Sonya Arthur promises to bring fancy footwork, relaxed shoulders and lots of smiles to the dance floor, but is keen not to fulfil her biggest fears – that is, falling flat on her face in front of 250 people and wearing a two-piece.
She says she’s all wrists and hips, but she shouldn’t have too much to worry about, she’s had lots of experience of dancing in bars (unprofessionally, she’s quick to point out!). What else would you expect when your family owns the oldest pub in Ireland! And the diet starts tomorrow, she swears…
Sean Hitzelberger
Sean Hitzelberger, senior sales executive, BBC Brand Solutions, has one fear about taking part in this competition and that’s not winning.
Sean is primed and ready to hit the dance floor, some might even say he’s been in training for this his whole life.
He says, “I speak Italian and kick-box every week. I’m a lover and a fighter!” He’s also a man happy to wear feathers and see-through tops (if he must). To prepare himself for the tough training schedule, Sean says he’s decided to start drinking and smoking more.
And what will he bring to the dance floor to wow the crowd? Gingerness, he replies. In answer to who his ideal dance partner is, dead or alive, he says: “ I’d prefer an alive one because they’re easier to throw around, but a dead one would do! Ha ha.”
